SIPO Issues New Guides for Patent Examination

In accordance with the Implementing Regulations of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, State Intellectual Property Office draws up and issues the new version of the Guides for Patent Examination. It will take force on July 1, with the Examination Guides issued on October 18, 2001 as well as the Examination Guiding Bulletins issued hereafter abolished at the same time.
