Dr. Luo joined Unitalen in 2006. Her legal experiences mainly include drafting Chinese applications, responding office action of Chinese applications, reexamination and invalidation. She also practices analyzing and drafting legal opinions on patent infringement and validation, standard patent evaluation and so on. Currently, she also deals with prosecution of patent applications concerning foreign nations. 

Her legal practice areas cover semiconductor, physics, computer science, materials, mechanics, electrical and optical devices, telecommunication, etc. Dr. Luo has been actively engaged in patent theory and practice research and published articles in magazines, such as Semiconductor, IP Strategies and Practice.
